We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support NewCore’s CEO. You will manage schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and various business and personal matters in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
- Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Assist with administrative, operational, and personal matters as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to support occasional work outside standard business hours when needed.
