He has spent his career at the intersection of security innovation and enterprise scale, founding NewCore on the conviction formed across both: that identity security needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Amihai is an alumnus of the IDF’s elite Unit 8200. Previously co-founder and CEO of Nym Health, where he brought applied AI to complex healthcare workflows. Amihai has spent his career at the intersection of offensive security research and emerging technology. He brings that rare combination directly into NewCore’s architecture — built to eliminate the exposures attackers exploit, and to enable and govern the world of human and AI agents.

Erez served as CIO at both T-Mobile USA and Telstra, two of the world’s largest telecommunications providers, overseeing security operations and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. He has been the enterprise buyer, and knows what identity infrastructure looks like from the inside, where it holds, and where it fails. That’s why he’s building the platform he never had.
