We’re are growing very fast are looking for a talented Sr. Mobile Developer to join our team , who will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with NewCore’s identity platform.

The role involves implementing secure, scalable features across both front-end and back-end layers, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and security engineers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, designing and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring best-in-class security practices across the stack.

The engineer will participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, write automated tests, and help improve development workflows and tooling. This role also includes mentoring teammates and contributing to technical guidelines and standards.

What You’ll Do

• Take full responsibility for features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring.
• Design, build, and ship our mobile application using React Native and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, primarily in Python.
• Work across the client, backend, databases, analytics, and s\זupporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to turn early ideas into fast, intuitive, and polished user experiences.
• Analyze product and production data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and guide improvements.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance development speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Improve our testing, deployment, observability, and release processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality production applications.
• Strong experience building mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Experience building backend services and APIs in Python.
• Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, API design, and cloud environments.
• Experience with automated testing and mobile release processes.
• Strong product judgment and attention to user experience, performance, and quality.
• High ownership: You take responsibility for projects end-to-end, work independently, and turn ambiguous requirements into working products.
• Ability to work across the stack and quickly learn unfamiliar technologies.
• A great communicator and team player who collaborates effectively with engineering, product, and design.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Advantage: Experience taking an early-stage product from initial concept to production and helping it evolve after launch.
• Advantage: Knowledge of native iOS or Android development.
