Amihai Neiderman

Co-founder & CTO, NewCore

Amihai is an alumnus of the IDF’s elite Unit 8200. Previously co-founder and CEO of Nym Health, where he brought applied AI to complex healthcare workflows. Amihai has spent his career at the intersection of offensive security research and emerging technology. He brings that rare combination directly into NewCore’s architecture - built to eliminate the exposures attackers exploit, and to enable and govern the world of human and AI agents.

Dima Donhin

Sr Product Manager, NewCore

Dima Donhin is a Senior Product manager at NewCore. He has spent more than 20 years in IT and security, starting his career in IDF's Unit 8200 and later held IT administration roles with the Israeli Air Force, HP and the Holon Institute of Technology. He then led an IT consulting team at NeWay Technologies. He spent more than nine years at Microsoft building identity and cloud security products. Most recently as a Senior Product Manager on Entra ID Identity Protection. Having run the systems that identity products are meant to protect, he builds with the operator in mind. At NewCore, Dima leads market and field product management. He turns customer signal, competitive head-to-heads and market intelligence into roadmap decisions, and works with GTM, sales engineering and integration partners to keep the field ready.

Erez Yarkoni

Co-founder & CCO, NewCore

Former CIO of T-Mobile USA and Telstra. Enterprise buyer and operator. Erez served as CIO at T-Mobile USA and Telstra, two of the world’s largest telecommunications providers, where he led large-scale technology, security, and digital transformation initiatives. He has been the enterprise buyer and operator, with firsthand experience of where identity infrastructure holds, where it breaks, and what it takes to change it. At NewCore, Erez brings the customer-side perspective behind the platform: the identity system enterprise leaders wish they had when legacy architecture became the problem.

Gilad Mark

Product Manager

Gilad leads product for NewCore's identity and access management platform, owning everything from SSO and authentication to identity lifecycle. He brings over 7 years of cybersecurity experience, starting in Unit 8200 and later as a product leader building cybersecurity products at Palo Alto Networks. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Gilad lives in Tel Aviv, happily married with two kids, and in his spare time enjoys long runs with his Border Collie and road trips with family and friends.

Heather Mengarelli

Sr Solutions Engineer, NewCore

Heather Mengarelli is a Sr Solutions Engineer at NewCore Security, where she helps organizations tackle complex security challenges, with a focus on identity security, non-human identities, and agentic AI. She has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including application security, and has held technical and leadership roles at Snyk, Akamai Technologies, and Accenture. Heather enjoys working closely with customers, understanding their challenges, and finding practical ways to solve them. She contributes thought leadership on application security, identity security, and the evolving security challenges introduced by non-human identities and agentic AI.

Noa Pressman

Sr Product Manager, NewCore

Noa is a Senior Product Manager at NewCore, where she leads the agent governance domain, defining how enterprises see, control, and trust the AI agents acting across their systems. An alumna of the IDF’s Unit 8200, she pairs an intelligence-trained, systems-level view while never losing sight of how people actually experience the product. At NewCore, Noa brings the product perspective behind the platform: turning the conviction that identity has to be rebuilt from the ground up into the foundation that humans and AI agents run on.

Zohar Alon

Co-founder & CEO, NewCore

Zohar Alon is a cybersecurity entrepreneur and investor. As an early employee at Check Point, he created Provider-1, the first MSSP platform. His second startup, Dome9 Security, defined the Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) category and was acquired by Check Point in 2018 for $200M. Since the acquisition, Zohar has invested in, advised and incubated many cybersecurity, cloud and AI startups including Laminar, Adaptive Shield, Tavily AI, Perfect Scale, Noma, Tamnoon, Firefly, Native, Orchid, Oligo, Eon, Glow, Reindeer AI, Accomplish AI and Descope. In early 2025, Zohar co-founded NewCore, where he serves as CEO. NewCore is a security-first converged identity platform, rebuilt from the ground up to handle workforce human and agentic identities at 100x the scale and strength of incumbent platforms. The company has raised over $65M in seed funding from Cyberstarts, Index Ventures, and Evolution Equity Partners, and is launching in 2026.
